ElChatea uses your data connection or Wi-Fi connection to connect and there is no additional cost to send messages and keep in touch with your friends.

ElChatea is a program that allows developing real -time conversations with people from all over the world writing messages online. You can participate in groups or more privately with only one person. In ElChatea it consists of "channels" that are dedicated to specific issues. Anyone can create a "channel" and any written message on a given channel is seen by all people in it.
